At Vedlume, customer satisfaction is important to us. We carefully inspect and securely pack every scented candle before shipping. However, if you face any issue with your order, please review our Returns & Exchanges Policy below.


Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The product received is damaged or broken
  • You received the wrong item
  • The product is defective upon arrival

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The request must be made within 24–48 hours of delivery
  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging
  • Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging must be provided

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used candles
  • Burned or partially used products
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • Customized or personalized orders
  • Sale or discounted items (unless damaged)

Exchange Policy

Eligible products may be exchanged for:

  • The same product
  • A replacement product of equal value (subject to availability)

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and inspected.
  • Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our side.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, leaking, or incorrect product:

  1. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  2. Share your order number along with photos/videos
  3. Our support team will review and provide a suitable resolution

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

Return Shipping

  • In case of damaged or incorrect products, return shipping costs may be covered by Vedlume.
  • For any other approved returns, customers may be responsible for return shipping charges.
